I’m Arwaz Khan, an AI Developer at SAP and a
Computer Science and Engineering graduate with an M.Tech from NIT Delhi.
I’m passionate about building impactful technology solutions across
Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Full Stack Development, and Cloud Computing.
At SAP, I work on enterprise AI solutions and have hands-on experience with technologies including SAP BTP, SAP GenAI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP HANA Cloud, and LLM-based applications. Previously, as an iXp Student Intern at SAP India, I contributed to AI-powered enterprise automation and SAP S/4HANA modernization initiatives. I have also worked as a Web Developer at ABGEC, where I built and optimized community-focused platforms.
My work combines AI, software engineering, and enterprise technologies to solve real-world problems and create scalable, practical solutions.
I’m a GATE-qualified candidate, 5★ on HackerRank, and have actively led communities such as GDSC GECB (Tech Lead) and TnP Coordinator @ NIT Delhi. My strengths extend beyond coding to problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.

- Built and deployed an AI-powered Business Process Mapping tool on SAP BTP using Flask and SAP GenAI Hub, automating CRM → S/4HANA mapping with LLM processing, real-time streaming, and secure HANA Cloud integration.
- Developed an AI-based Code Remediation Tool for CRM → SAP S/4HANA ABAP migration, triggered via a custom VS Code extension, achieving 94% efficiency gain and reducing remediation time from ~30 minutes to ~3 minutes per program, depending on code complexity.
- Configured SAP Build Work Zone enterprise portal to centralizing project artifacts, team structure, service transformation, and governance documentation into a single source of truth.
- Worked on document data migration and process automation, validating data mappings and supporting SAP enterprise workflows while documenting end-to-end business processes.

- A website (www.abgec.in) was created for the alumni organization of our college for various purposes, including registering alumni in one place, connecting alumni, sharing glimpses, uploading events, and more. It has 200+ registrations to date.
- I worked on the front-end, back-end, and data management. I also led a 10-member team and interacted with the core team of ABGEC for the successful development of the website.
- In August 2024, I updated some parts of the website, automated the registration, backend confirmation, and data management for smoother operation. Additionally, I guided the new team to ensure they understood the updates and could maintain the website effectively.
